How can I partner with RELI as a contractor?

While working with RELI, you don’t need to worry about orders for you and your team. We will assign the clients, and you will be paid once the job is complete with full precision. So, there is no hassle of client hunt and payment recovery.
How do I get projects?
Once you become a registered partner with us, we will check your availability and assign you projects in the area where you live and serve
How long do I have after I have claimed and before I must schedule?
You must schedule the project within 60 minutes of having claimed a project.
Why do I need to confirm measurements?
Orders to the manufacturer will be placed once you have confirmed all the measurements with a licensed contractor. After all, as soon as you are assigned a job as a licensed contractor, you need to visit the client’s property and verify all the windows of all sizes before placing your order with the manufacturer.
What is the RELI Process?
Reli takes care of everything from beginning to end, including finding the customer, ordering the products, requesting necessary permits, and handling and allocating payments.
Who is responsible for providing the materials?
Through its vast manufacturing partner network, RELI will provide the doors, windows, and sliding doors needed for the project. However, the licensed contractor is responsible for the necessary items required to complete the installation, including but not limited to caulking, nails, cleaning supplies, etc. RELI will not issue a separate payment for these materials. The costs for these items will be included in the installation/labor price for each individual item being installed.
Why do my new staff need to be vetted by RELI?
Customer satisfaction, safety, and security are top priorities at RELI. To ensure all of our customers receive the quality of work they have come to expect from RELI. We require all new staff to be approved before assigning projects.
Who procures the permits?
RELI procures necessary permits for each project.
Why can't I contact the customer directly?
Due to local county and state laws, customers must be given a set number of days as a cancellation period. During this period, customers may choose to exercise their cancellation rights. When that time period has expired, you may contact the customer to schedule the final measurements.
How do I change my company details (name, address, contact, etc.)?

How do I delete my account?
Contact us and submit your app via email to RELI admin if you want your business account closed.
What if a project takes more than one day?
A project may take more than a day to complete; don’t confirm that it is complete until it is fully finalized.
