How do I sign in?
Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll see a welcome page. Tap the ‘Sign In’ button and then enter your email and password.
How do I sign up?

What if I have multiple properties?
Customers have the option of adding multiple properties which will be listed in an organized format on the dashboard.
How do I schedule my installation?
You will have the ability to schedule your installation once you are matched with an installer to find a date that corresponds to your availability.
How do I reset my password?
On the welcome screen, start the sign-in process by tapping ‘Sign In’ and entering your email. To reset your password, tap ‘Continue’ and then ‘Forgot Password.
How do I start designing my windows and doors on RELI?
To start designing, simply download the RELI app, create an account or log in, and select ‘New Project’. You’ll be guided through a step-by-step process to measure your windows or doors, choose the style, and materials.
What customization options are available for windows and doors?
RELI offers a wide range of customization options, including various types of glass, frame materials, colors, and finishes.
What is the average lead time for receiving my custom windows and doors?
The average lead time varies based on the customization and materials chosen. Typically, it ranges from 3 to 6 weeks. We’ll provide a more specific timeline once your order is confirmed.
How are the windows and doors priced?
Pricing depends on several factors, including the size, material, and type of customization. You can get a fixed price through our app by designing your window or door and entering your specifications.
What warranty do you offer on windows and doors purchased through RELI?
We have partnered with multiple USA-based manufacturers to offer industry leading warranty on all of the products that we offer. Most windows and sliding doors come with a 25 year warranty and Interior doors come with a 5 year warranty. You may keep track of your warranties in the app, straight from your account. For more specific information about what is covered under your warranty please refer to the warranty section of your app.
What payment methods are accepted on RELI?
We accept various payment methods including credit & debit card payments, ACH payments, and we also offer financing options up to 15 years. All payment options are secure to ensure that your transaction is safe.
Who can I contact for support if I have problems with the app or my order?

How do I sign in?

How do I sign up?

How do I reset my password?
On the welcome screen, start the sign-in process by tapping ‘Sign In’ and entering your email. To reset your password, tap ‘Continue’ and then ‘Forgot Password.
How do I get paid?
Once you have completed the project, RELI will process payment after the 2 week customer satisfaction period has expired.
How do I get projects?
Make sure you have turned on post notifications on your CONTRACTOR app . You will be notified of available jobs based on your preset location radius and your license type.
How long do I have after I have claimed and before I must schedule?
You must schedule the project within 60 minutes of having claimed a project.
Why do I need to confirm measurements?
Orders will not be placed with the manufacturer until all the measurements have been confirmed by a licensed contractor. As the installer and licensed contractor assigned to the job, you are responsible to visit the client’s property and verify all window sizes that they have measured through their app and ordered, prior to placing the order with the manufacturer. This process will be done after the appropriate cancellation window has expired which can be from 3-7 business days. Once all sizes are verified you will confirm through your contractor app, and RELI will place the order with the manufacturer.
What is the RELI Process?
Reli takes care of everything from beginning to end including finding the customer, ordering the products, requesting necessary permits, handling and allocating payments.
Who is responsible for providing the materials?
Through its vast manufacturing partner network RELI will provide the doors, windows, sliding doors needed for the project. However, you as the licensed contractor are responsible for the necessary items required to complete the installation including but not limited to caulking, nails, cleaning supplies, etc. RELI will not issue a separate payment for these materials. The costs for these items have been accounted for in the installation/labor price for each individual item being installed.
How do I assign staff?
After scheduling and claiming a project, open the ‘Assign Workers’ page and click the ‘Assign Workers’ button to assign your team.
How do I add new staff?
Add staff by going to your Staff Page (bottom navigation), tapping the plus (+) icon, and filling out the form. The team at RELI will then review and process your request. If additional information is necessary, RELI will contact you.
Why do my new staff need to be vetted by RELI?
Customer satisfaction, safety and security is a top priority at RELI. To ensure all of our customers receive the quality of work they have come to expect from RELI, we require all new staff to be approved prior to assigning on projects.
Who procures the permits?
RELI procures necessary permits for each project.
Why can't I contact the customer directly?
Due to local county and state laws, a customer is required to be given a set number of days as a cancellation period. During this period, a customer may choose to exercise their cancellation rights. When that time period has expired, you may contact the customer to schedule the final measurements.
How do I change my company details (name, address, contact, etc.)?
Email or call the RELI admin team.
How do I delete my account?
Submit a request via the app and email RELI admin if you want your business account closed.
How do I reschedule a project?

What if a project takes more than one day?
Simply do not mark the project as complete until all work is done. Only on the first day en route will the app track your location.
